All lists and personal information of Babe Ruth League Philippines leagues, players, coaches, officers, volunteers, teams, and other participants are confidential and CANNOT be released, shared, copied, or provided to any organization or individual without prior expressed authorization from Babe Ruth League Philippines, except when required or permitted by law.

All requests for such information should be referred to the Babe Ruth League Philippines authorized privacy officer.

If you are the originator of, or are otherwise entrusted with, Babe Ruth League Philippines data, it is your responsibility as the holder and protector of such information to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, or distribution.

Personal information obtained through participation in or service to Babe Ruth League Philippines shall be used only for legitimate Babe Ruth League purposes and shall not be used for personal, commercial, promotional, or other unauthorized purposes.

It is the firm policy of Babe Ruth League Philippines that this Privacy & Confidentiality Policy governs the entire Babe Ruth Baseball-Softball organization in the Philippines and all Babe Ruth Baseball-Softball operations conducted under its authority.

Any violation of this policy will be considered a serious breach of the principles and responsibilities of the Babe Ruth Baseball-Softball program and may constitute grounds for disciplinary action, removal from office or position, suspension, or expulsion from the organization, without prejudice to any liability that may arise under applicable Philippine law.
